Our normal frequency vibratory hammers (regular series) present professional-grade hydraulic vibratory equipment designed to deliver exceptional performance and reliability. Our versatile vibro hammers can be mounted on crawler cranes, floating cranes, crawler rig lead supported, crane-fitted barges, rough terrain cranes, and piling barges, providing extraordinary piling solutions for your projects. Our hammers have diverse applications, including sea bridges, offshore oil platforms, offshore wind farms, deep water ports and docks, and land reclamation. Our small size hydraulic vibratory hammers are flexible and efficient tools for small-scaled construction, with two main models, YZ-90D and YZ-110D. This size of vibro hammers, with their maximum centrifugal forces ranging from 920kN to 1140 kN, are designed for steel tubular piles and sheet piles.
Our medium size hydraulic vibratory hammer series is your go-to solution for pile driving and extracting, in particular, sheet piles and small to medium-diameter steel tubular piles. We present hammers with a range of maximum centrifugal forces, from 1465kN to 3630kN, for projects that demand robust force.
For large-scale projects, our large size hydraulic vibratory hammers deliver optimal performance with universal platforms, built-in oil circuits, and heavy-loading bearing design, offering a range of maximum centrifugal forces from 4185kN to 15790kN. Our hammers provide powerful piling and driving force, ideal for driving or extracting large-diameter steel tubular piles to enhance soil density and bearing capacity.
